Main Structure:
    The flat-type airflow crusher is mainly composed of a crushing chamber, feeding system, crushing system, discharge system, air storage ring, and machine base.
    Main Features:
1. This machine is suitable for the dry crushing of ultra-pure and ultra-fine high-tech materials, avoiding the complex processes of dehydration, drying, and re-crushing after wet crushing. The crushing fineness is D50 < 5 μm, and for some fine chemicals, carbon powder, pharmaceuticals, pigments, etc., D50 < 0.5 μm.
2. It uses high-wear-resistant engineering ceramics as the lining to avoid contaminating the material.
3. The crushing principle adopts advanced aerospace jet technology. Crushing mainly involves high-speed collisions between materials, capable of crushing materials below level 7 without contamination.
4. The entire crushing process maintains a temperature below 10°C (including in summer), making it suitable for crushing low-melting-point and heat-sensitive materials.
5. The machine body is made of SUS304 stainless steel with mirror polishing, giving it an artistic and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
6. The machine has a simple structure, is easy to operate, and allows for straightforward disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly. There are no moving parts inside, ensuring a long service life.
    Scope of Application:
    Fine chemicals, raw materials for lithium battery anodes and cathodes, pharmaceuticals, trichromatic and LED luminescent materials, pigments, pesticides, pollen wall-breaking nutritional products, and other high-tech material industries. Particularly suitable for crushing materials with low specific gravity.
